The Ocean offers Studios, one-, two-, three-bedroom residences, and penthouses over 24 Floors, starting from the $400s.

181 Units are furnished and finished Hotel Resort Units with a Fixed Income Program. 109 are Decorator-Ready, Fully Serviced Oceanfront Residences with finish and furnish options.

Private Beach Club

The Ocean offers a Private Beach Club with coral colored sand in the pool terrace area – the only private beach club in Fort Lauderdale. A 20,000-square-foot pool deck with a heated fresh water pool, two whirlpools, areas for sunbathing, priority owners cabanas, and a poolside restaurant and lounge offer food and beverage service as well as dedicated attendants on the pool terrace.

The private beach concierge services and complimentary chaise lounges on Fort Lauderdale Beach with private owner lounge in the Beach Villa Tower and a signature restaurant & lounge overlooking the Atlantic Ocean are second to none.

Amenities

The Conrad offeres a 4,000-square-foot fitness center with ocean views, state-of-the-art cardio machines, weight training equipment, studio space and personal training. Conrad Branded spa featuring massages, skin and beauty treatments, lifestyle coaching and more are available upon request. You will also find an onsite upscale gourmet market with wine, coffee, patisserie, and other sundries and a Resort Retail Store.

The Grand Porte-cochere entrance with 24-hour valet features a dramatic arrival sculpture opening the entrance to an expansive reception lobby and intimate lounge & mixology bar with seating areas. 20,000-square-feet of conference facilities designed to host memorable social and corporate events are available as well as High-speed wireless encrypted internet throughout the building with access on the beach.

Ownership Privileges

As an Owner, you will have free membership to 6th floor SkyBeach bar. The Conrad E-Concierge app offers seamless, instant service and keyless smart phone access; order room service, arrange valet pick-up, coordinate dining reservations, manage housekeeping, and more from any mobile device. For Hotel Residences and members enrolled in the leaseback program you can select and reserve your room from your smart phone.

Owners also receive 10% off food & beverage for selected restaurants and lounges, House Boat access, House Car access, Kids Activities Program, exclusive access to art exhibits on site, and many more. Short courses offered to residents on a rolling basis offer anything from cooking to coding.
